This product holds up to the harshest of weather conditions and is impervious to harsh chemicals. All of our products are UV stabilized minimizing degradation from prolonged sunlight exposure. Our superior 316 stainless steel piano hinge system prevents any premature rusting due to saltwater. Superior materials for a superior product.

There is no latch, the lock itself acts as the latch, so if not kept locked the door is not securely closed. Not ideal to have to unlock it each time to open the door. I will be modifying with a latch mechanism.
