Q: What is the weight on this hatch?

Q: I have an opening of 11”x36”. Will this hatch sit flat centered over the existing opening such that the bezel can be screwed down flush? Otherwise is there a lip on the bezel or does the hatch door extend lower than the level of the screw in bezel such that it must drop into an opening cut per the template? What is the size of the door not including the bezel? Thank you.

Please refer to our 2nd photo on the webpage of the item, it has arrows referring to which of the measurements are for which part of the hatch itself, the cut out of this hatch 13x40 would be approximately 11 1/4 x 38 1/8, and the opening that would be considered the door opening is approximately 9 3/8 x 36 5/16.
