The "Flush Series" hatch is highly durable. The reinforced ribs make it capable of being stood or walked on for long periods of time. This is our lowest profile hatch that minimizes the chance of it being a tripping hazard as well if mounted in a high traffic area. The improved gasketing system provides a watertight seal that will keep everything underneath it dry. This product holds up to the harshest of weather conditions and is impervious to harsh chemicals. All of our products are UV stabilized minimizing degradation from prolonged sunlight exposure. Our superior 316 stainless steel piano hinge system prevents any premature rusting due to saltwater. Superior materials for a superior product.

Updating an old boat

I have an older boat (1997) and many of the hatches needed to be replaced. Originally made by Daytona Plastix, DPI still manufactures the same pieces and replacements were identical with exact fit. Have purchased several pieces and shipping was prompt. Great company.

Flush mount hatch lid

I purchased a number of these hatch lids in different sizes and they are all built terrific I have a few mounted in an area where a large buddy of mine regularly stands to fish and these lids take his weight no problem. I purchased all the box lids I needed at once and they are all keyed to the same lock so that is very handy to not have to search for separate keys. The lids clean easily and have a light non slip texture to them for safety. The cut out lid size is exactly as expected and replaced the oem lids on my pro line boat exact to the previous screw holes.

Replacement Hatch

Had to replace a hatch in a 30 year old boat, I was pleasantly surprised that you were still in business and made the same batch to fit the opening with our a bunch of modifications.

GREAT PRODUCT!

Yes, there are less expensive but nothing better. Extremely solid and well made. If you are looking for a hatch that you will likely never replace this is it.
